2. Collection and Storage of Personal Data

We process personal data that you voluntarily provide to us, for example through:

  • Use of our contact or booking form (Amelia)
  • Use of the chatbot ‘RiFu Assistant
  • Email or telephone contact
  • Inquiries regarding technology, design, finance, real estate, or holiday homes

In addition, technical data (IP address, browser, operating system, time of access) is automatically collected in order to ensure the security of the website.

3. Purpose of Data Processing

Your data is processed in order to:

  • to respond to inquiries and coordinate appointments,
  • to process services and offers,
  • to fulfill legal obligations,
  • to ensure the operation and security of the website,
  • and – with your consent – to send information about our services.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Personal data is stored only for as long as it is required for the stated purposes or as long as statutory retention periods apply. After that, the data will be deleted or anonymized.

7. Booking System “Amelia

For appointment scheduling we use the WordPress plugin AmeliaThe collected data (name, email, phone number, appointment request, etc.) is used solely for appointment management and stored on our server. No data is disclosed to third parties.

8. Chatbot „RiFu Assistant“

Our chatbot is provided for information and quick communication. Your inputs are transmitted in encrypted form to an AI interface (OpenAI API) and processed there to generate responses. No sensitive data is permanently stored. By using the chatbot, you explicitly consent to this processing.

9. Cookies und Analysetools

Our website uses only technically necessary cookies that are essential for operation and functionality. Analytics or marketing cookies (e.g., Google Analytics, Rank Math SEO, etc.) are set only with your explicit consent. You may withdraw this consent at any time with future effect.
